Kentucky GenWeb projectOBIT - Maggie Susan Carroll, 82, of Olive Hill, died Friday in King's Daughters' Medical Center in Ashland. Mrs. Carroll was born June 8, 1909, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Jessie and Elizabeth Fields Binion. Her husband, Silas Carroll, died in 1984. She was a member of the Clifty Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Pearl Roe and Betty Newell, both of Olive Hill, and Elizabeth Barker of Beloit, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandchilden. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the Globe Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Nick Reeder and the Rev. Thomas E. Phillips. Burial will be in Carroll family cemetery.
