Kentucky GenWeb projectAlcinda 'Cindy' Boggs 1913-2006 Alcinda Cindy M. Boggs 93, of Pedro, died Wednesday at home. Mrs. Boggs was born Feb. 14, 1913, in Carter County, Ky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Boggs. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
