Ella Louise Brewster Gee (1943-2007) Ella Louise Brewster Gee, 64, of Olive Hill died Saturday at the Carter Nursing and Rehab Center in Grayson. She was born June 19, 1943 in Carter County and was the wife of Roy Gee. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will follow in the Gee Cemetery on Mocabee Creek Road in Olive Hill. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today and until the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Ella Louise Brewster Gee Born – 1943 OLIVE HILL - Mrs. Ella Louise Brewster Gee, age 64, State Highway 174, Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away Saturday evening, September 1, 2007 at the Carter Nursing and Rehab Center in Grayson, Kentucky. Mrs. Brewster was born June 19, 1943 in Carter County, Kentucky and is a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Annie Conn Brewster. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one son, Phillip Ray Gee. Two brothers, Melvin Brewster and Wilford Brewster. Three sisters, Blanche Tackett, Mae Haywood and Clara Davis. Ella was a homemaker and of the Apostolic faith. She is survived her husband, Roy Gee. One son, Kenny Wayne Gee of Brunswick, Ohio; one daughter, Amy York of Olive Hill; two grandchildren, Kevin Gee and Brooklyn York; four brothers, James Morton Brewster and Charles Norton Brewster, both of Olive Hill; Willard Brewster of Mansfield, Ohio. John Estill Brewster of Dayton, Ohio; three sisters, Fern Fultz of Marion, Indiana, Charlene Horton of Morehead, Geneva Cox of Niles, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her. Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at the Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Bobby Day officiating. Burial followed in the Gee Cemetery on Mocabee Creek Ridge in Olive Hill, Kentucky. Nephews served as pallbearers.
