Ashland Daily Independent (Dec/26/2006) Walter Burge Walter Franklin 'W.F.' Burge, 66, of Olive Hill, died Monday at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Dottie Davis Burge of Olive Hill. Funeral arrangements are pending at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill.
