Kentucky GenWeb projectOBIT - Dorothy Esther Bush, 87, of Grayson, passed away at her home on Saturday, Dec. 3, after an extended illness. Mrs. Bush was born May 8, 1918, in Carter County, KY., a daughter of the late Arch E. Carroll and the late Bessie Glass Carroll. She was the wife of the late Arnold Bush. She is survived by her children, Don (Louise) Bush, Bob (Jean) Bush, Richard Bush, Ernie (Carolyn) Bush, Lois (Winfield) Floyd, and Margaret Bellew, all of Grayson; her sister, Mary Newland of Dayton, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and her dearly loved cat, Tigger. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arnold; her son, Cecil Bush; her daughter, Lucille Bush; her sister, Pat Jones; her two brothers, Kenneth Carroll and Richard Carroll; and her son-in-law, Johnny Bellew. Funeral services for Mrs. Bush will be conducted today, Dec. 6, at 11 a.m. at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson. Brian Bush and Kenneth Cade will officiate. Burial will be in Seaton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to Community Hospice, 1538 Central Ave., Ashland, KY 41101. Sparks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be sent to sparksfh.com.
