Sidney Carroll 1929 - 2000 Sidney Carroll, 71, of Grayson, died Sunday at his home. Mr. Carroll was born May 19, 1929, in Carter County, a son of the late James Frank and Inez Littleton Carroll. He was retired from the railroad and a mechanic. He attended Argillite Church of the Nazarene and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. His wife, Eleanor Faye Carroll, preceded him in death. Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Faye Carroll and Patricia Ann Townsend, both of Ironton, three brothers, B.J. Carroll, Earsel Carroll and VAughn Carroll, all of Mansfield, Ohio; four sisters, June Fultz and Jessie Bellew, both of Grayson, Martha Wilson of Olive Hill and Ruthie King of Fultz; and a grandchild. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill by Richard Parker and Lewis Davis. Burial wil be in Carroll-Littleton Cemetery.
