Georganna "Anne" Arbarugh 79, of Sabina, OH, died at Autumn Years Nursing Center on Saturday, January 22, 2000. She was born in Carter County, KY on February 19, 1920 the daughter of Martin and Etta Howard Cartee. She was retired as a nursing attendant at Fayette Memorial Hospital and clerk at Fisher's Big Wheel. She was a member of the Sabina House of Prayer. Her husband Alva Arbaugh preceded her in death in 1976. She is survived by one daughter Carolyn (Dick) Jarrell, of Sabina; two sisters, Fanny Skeens of Wilmington and Wilma Eldridge of Chillicothe, one brother Everett Cartee of Chillicothe, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. One daugher, Judith Ann Wilt preceded her in death in 1997. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning at the Littleton Funeral Home of Sabina with Olaf Dunn officiating. Kathleen Walker was organist and special tapes were played during the service. Pallbearers for burial in the Sabina Cemetery were Chris and Dick Jarrell, Bud Wilt, Tony Skeens, Dennis Rein and Randy McKinney. from the Sabina Advertiser Sat. Jan. 29, 2000
