William F. (Bill) Chaffin, 67, of Findlay, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2007 while in the company of family members at Birchaven Retirement Village.
Mr. Chaffin was born in Louisa, KY on June 7, 1939, the son of the late Ernest Chaffin and Ruby (Murphy) Chaffin-Adkins.
He was the widower of Virginia A. "Ginger" (Giesey) Chaffin, she preceded him in death on September 1, 1999.
They were married on August 12, 1963 and enjoyed 36 years together.
Bill is survived by a daughter: Ginger A. Chaffin (Tim R. Beck) of Findlay, Ohio; a son: Thomas W. Chaffin of Findlay, Ohio;
and a sister: Mary Beal of Chardon, Ohio. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Chantel Chaffin, Tiffany, Tabatha, and Tanner Beck
and 2 great-grandsons: Jeremiah "Jake" Chaffin and Caden "CJ" Beck.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Harold, Richard and Ernest Chaffin.
Bill retired from HyWay Concrete Pipe Company after 35 years.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2007 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Routson Funeral Chapel.
Religious Service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor David Templeton officiating.
