Kentucky GenWeb projectPhyllis G. Porter, 59, of Fairborn (OH) passed away January 10, 2005 in Dayton OH. She was born June 18, 1945 in Willard KY to James Russell Dravenstott of Willard and the late Juanita Reeves Dravenstott. Phyllis was a member of Willard MIssionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping, friends, family, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Gomez Porter Jr, a son, Gregory Porter of Enon OH, a daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Jon Barton of Springfield OH, 2 brothers, James and John Dravenstott, a sister, Joyce McDavid, 3 grandchildren, Austin, Jensen, and Laken, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and sister, Charlene Smith. Funeral services will be conducted 11am January 14, 2005 in the First Baptist Church of Enon, 210 Royal Lane, Enon OH with Elder Tim Porter officiating. Burial will follow the service in Enon Cemetery. Phyliss' family will receive family and friends 6-8pm January 13, 2005 at Adkins Funeral Home, 7055 Dayton Rd. Enon OH.
