Kentucky GenWeb projectJuanita H. Howard, 79 MUNCIE - Juanita H. Howard, 79, died Monday in her residence. She was born Feb. 29, 1924 in Soldier, Kentucky, the daughter of Dave and Louella (Johnson) Eden. She was a devoted homemaker . She married Avery Howard in 1943. Juanita is survived by her husband, Avery; a daughter, Mary Lou Grogan of Tucson, Arizona; a son, Leslie Howard of Muncie; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Connie Mack Howard, and a sister, Geneva Franklin. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2003, at The Meeks Mortuary. There will be no calling hours.
