MANSFIELD -- Okla Caudill, 80, died Thursday, July 15, 2004, at Wintersong Village, Hayesville. She was born September 22, 1923 in Hitchens, Kentucky to the late John and Hazel Marcum Evans. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Linda Caudill of Ontario, John and Lori Caudill of Los Osos, California, and Ron and Dawn Caudill of Ontario; five daughters, Nina Mauk, Donna McConhea, Beverly Caudill, Diane Caudill, all of Mansfield, and Sandy Bays of Plymouth; a son-in-law, Lewie Lemaster of Shiloh; a sister, Deloris Sexton of Ashland, Kentucky; two brothers, John Evans, Jr. and Wade Evans, both of Grayson, Kentucky; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Robert Caudill; a daughter, Phyllis Lemaster; two brothers, Orandged and Clayton Evans; and a grandson, Steven Carl Lemaster. Funeral services will be held at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Saturday, July 17, 2004 at 10 a.m., conducted by Pastor Rich Rader. Graveside services will be held Sunday, July 18, at 1 p.m. at Lemaster and Holbrook Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky. Online guest registry at www.wappner.com.
