AGED LADY PASSES AWAY

Mrs. Susan Gahm, born December 16, 1856, passed away January 2, 1929, at 8 p.m. after an illness of cancer of the breast, of which she had been
a sufferer for some time. She passed away at the old home about three miles of this city on Trough Camp, where she had been for about six years,
since the death of her brother, Mr. Lafayette Enix.

Besides one sister, Mrs. Julia Gorman of this city, she leaves two children living, Mrs. Lena Lyme of Dayton, Ky. And Mrs. J. M. Collins of Detroit, Mich.,
both of whom were with her during her last hours, and her nephew, Herb Enix, who was so faithful and stayed by and with her to the last hour.

The funeral services were conducted Friday by Rev. E. E. McConnell of this city, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Miller cemetery
near the home by the side of her brothers who had gone on before her.
