Kentucky GenWeb projectMANSFIELD NEWS-JOURNAL (Mansfield, Ohio) Monday, October 22, 1956 Tony Gillum, 62, 334 West Longview Ave., died at 9:15 a.m. today at General Hospital after an illness of five years. Born in Willard, Ky., March 13, 1894, Mr. Gillum was a foreman with the Ashland Fire Brick Co. of Soldier Ky., before coming to Mansfield six years ago. He was a member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church. Surviving is his wife, Eva Lewis Gillum; four sons, William, Everett, James and Lester; two daughters, Mrs. James Goff and Mrs. Allen Garn and eight grandchildren all of Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at Olive Hill, Ky., Thursday afternoon with burial in the Mannan Chapel Cemetery at Soldier. Arrangements in Olive Hill are in charge of the Henderson Funeral Home. The Jones Memorial is making arrangements here.
