Kentucky GenWeb projectEvadeen Menefee 1925 - 2003 Evadeen Menefee, 77, died Friday in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital following a brief illness. She was born November 24, 1925, in Willard, KY, a daughter of the late Dennis and Gladys Robinson Gollihue. She was preceded in death by a brother Elmer Gollihue and a sister Mary Lucy Waggoner of Grayson. Her survivors include: Her husband of 57 years: Fred Menefee of Hitchins; 1 Son and daughter in law: Charles and “Sue” Menefee of Grayson; One brother and sister in law: John and “Wanda” Gollihue of Bismarck, MO; One sister and brother in law: Christine Gollihue and “Jay” Stewart of Webbville, KY; 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Monday 2:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the ministers Ronnie Graves and Bill Menefee. Burial will be in the East Carter Co. Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 6-9 Sunday at the Malone Funeral Home and after noon Monday. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.timeformemory.com/malone.
