Howard (Dan) Gollihue 1916 - 2003 Howard (Dan) Gollihue, age 87, of Willard, KY, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, November 16th, 2003 at his residence. He was born January 3rd, 1916, at Willard a son of the late John Richard and Margaret Williams Gollihue. He was a miner, farmer and a member of the Cannonsburg Church of Christ. Preceding him in death was his wife, Gladys Pennington Gollihue in 2001, a daughter, Geraldine Church in 2003 and a great-granddaughter, Jessica Bullion in 1991. His survivors include: 1 daughter: Norma Jean & Walter Geyer of Ashland, KY; 1 son-in-law: John Church of Willard, KY; 6 grandchildren: Debbie Porter, Michael Geyer, Johnny Church, Shirley Geyer, Rhonda Colley, David Geyer, 11 great-grandchildren: Shannon Porter, Amanda Barker, Taushana Chaffin, Amber Colley, Tiffany Adams, Josh Geyer, Jared Geyer, Daniel Geyer, John Porter, Sara Geyer, Ryan McGranahan; 4 great-great-grandchildren: Shawana Porter, Jacob Barker, Felicia Porter, Larkin Porter. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 19th, 2003 at 2:30 PM at the Malone Funeral Home with J.W. Holcomb, minister. Burial will be in the Gollihue Family Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening, Nov. 18th, from 5:30-9 PM and Wednesday after 12:30 PM until service time at the funeral home.
