1982-2003
Victor Deon Griffith Jr., 21, of Ashland, died Nov. 25 at his residence.
He was born March 12, 1982, in Ashland, a son of Victor Deon Griffith Sr. of Fort Worth, Texas, and Emily Susan Potter Griffith of Russell.
He was a waiter at Fiesta Bravo.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Minnie Potter, and twin brother, Vincent Leon Griffith.
Other survivors include his grandparents, Kenneth Potter Sr. of Flatwoods and Jedie and Marie Potter of Ashland; one sister, Victoria Griffith of Russell; foster parents, David and Alberta Tompkins of Hitchins; brother, Christopher Monroe of Russell and foster brother, Scott Ray Butler of Flatwoods.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods by Brother David McGranahan. Burial will follow in Melvin Cemetery in Wurtland.
Friends may visit from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
