Mayme Jaynes Addy
1935-2004
Mayme Jaynes Addy, age 68, of 125 Molly St., Versailles, Ky., formerly of Olive Hill, Ky., passed away Saturday morning, March 13, 2004, at the residence of her son in Versailles.
Mrs. Addy was born May 25, 1935, in Carter County, Ky., a daughter of the late Claude and Evelyn Tyree Jaynes.
She was a homemaker and was of the Nazarene faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Thomas Addy; one infant daughter, Debra Everman; one brother, Jack Jaynes; and one sister, Alberta Kiser.
Mayme is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles "Chuck" and Pam Everman of Versailles, and Roger "Ike" and Becky Raybourn of Olive Hill; three grandchildren, Johnda Gant of Georgetown, Ky., Roger Raybourn II of Ashland, Ky., and Ryan Raybourn of Morehead, Ky.; two great-grandchildren, Derrick Michael Raybourn and Alex Jacob Raybourn, both of Ashland; one brother, Charles Larry Jaynes of Olive Hill; one sister, Joan Day of Olive Hill; and a special friend, Kathy King of Olive Hill.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2004, at the Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill and officiated by R.D. Porter and Rudy Reed. Burial will follow in Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today and until time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Bluegrass in Frankfort, Ky.
