Kentucky GenWeb projectWayne Justice Wayne Justice, age 78 of Grayson, Ky died May 20 at his residence. He was born June 15, 1925 in Carter County, Ky and is the son of the late John and Sarah Parsons Justice. He was a farmer and attended the Regular Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Sarah Parsons Justice; wives, Anna Belle Mauk Justice and Millie Walters Justice; grandson, Anthony Scott Justice; brothers, Bill and Joe Justice; sister, Ella Reynolds; step-son, Darrell Hylton. Survivors include his wife, Rose Myrtle McDavid Justice; sons, Bobby Joe Justice,Olive Hill, Ky and Donald Wayne Justice, Grayson, Ky; daughter, Donna J. Surgener, LaFollette; step-sons, Albert Adams, Grayson, Ky, Kevin Hylton, Grayson, Ky, Bill Hylton, Marion, Ohio; step-daughters, Janie Perkins, Grayson, Ky, Gayla Holbrook, Marion, Oh; seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, several step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews will sadly mourn his passing. Funeral services were May 24 at the Eldridge Funeral Home with Tim Porter, Jimmy Adkins and Arlie Reynolds officiating. Interment was in the East Carter Memory Garden. Pallbearers were Josh Perkins, Brandon Perkins, Rodney Perkins, Bill Perkins, Jerry Justice and Kevin Ward. Eldridge Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. LaFollette Press May 27, 2004
