Preceded: husbands, Roy Duncan and Nelson Salyer. Survived: sisters, Stella Fultz, Olive Erwin and Faye Crawford, several nieces and nephews. Burial: June 21, 2000 in the Garvin Ridge Cemetery, Olive Hill, KY.
