Cleo Krohn Wells Born 1921 OLIVE HILL – Mrs. Cleo Krohn Wells, 85, of 945 State Hwy. 3298, Olive Hill, passed away Tuesday morning, April 17, at her residence. Mrs. Wells was born May 11, 1921 in Biloxi, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Lazarus and Hazel McQueen Krohn. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her two son, David Allen Wells and Randall Lee Wells, and nine sisters. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Wells, of 65 years and her loving family: two sons and daughters-in-law, Ernest Jr. and Sue Wells of Wothington and Lindsay and Drema Wells of Olive Hill; three daughters and sons-in-law, Sandy Wells of Olive Hill, Barbara and Jim Brewer of Ashland and Shelia and Wayne Jones of Olive Hill; two brothers, Henry Krohn of Natchez, MS and L.C. Krohn of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Luly Williams of Gulf Port, MS; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends who will sadly miss her. Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon Thursday, April 19, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill with Father Larry officiating. Burial followed in the Wells Cemetery in Olive Hill.
