Kentucky GenWeb projectBernice Maggard 1952-2004 Bernice Maggard, 51, of Olive Hill, died Friday, May 21, at her residence. She was born Nov. 11, 1952, in Carter County. Her husband, Johnny Maggard, survives. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Eldridge Funeral Home in Sandy Hook. Burial will be in the Holbrook Cemetery.
