Kentucky GenWeb projectBetty McDavid 1943 - 2005 Betty Joan Maggard McDavid, age 62, of Russell, KY, passed away Monday morning, August 22, 2005 in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. She was born June 7th, 1943 at Bruin, KY, a daughter of Shirley Walker Maggard of Bruin and the late Virgil Maggard.. She was employed in Medical Records at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, WV and was a member of the Eastern Star OES and the Democrat Womens Club. Her survivors include: Her husband: Charles “Crush” McDavid of Russell. Two sons Scott McDavid of Frankfort, KY and Chris McDavid of Morehead, KY. Three brothers:Bill Maggard, Tony Maggard and Dave Maggard all of Grayson, KY One sister: Judy Thompson of Russell. Three grandchildren: Hannah, Courtney and Preston. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11:00am at the Malone Funeral Home with Russell Griffith, minister. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6-9pm at the funeral home. Condolences can be made to the family at www.timeformemory.com/malone
