Preceded: wife, Wanda Case McCoy in March of 1999. Survived: son, R. Burl McCoy, brothers, Ray D. McCoy and Bobby E. McCoy, sisters, Lillian Offill, Betty Dixon and Billie Jean Holland, 3 grandchildren. Burial: Apr 23, 1999 in the Garvin Ridge Cemetery, Carter Co, KY.
