JAMES MCGLONE 1920-1997 The Daily Independent Saturday, January 25, 1997 James Elmer McGlone, 76, of Olive Hill, died Friday in King's Daughters Medical Center. Mr. McGlone was born Aug. 5, 1920, in Michigan, a son of the late Lawrence and Margret Ann McGlone. He was a carpenter and attended the Carter City Holiness Church. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans and the Masonic Lodge of Olive Hill 629. Surviving are his wife, Louise Stamper McGlone, and a brother, Lawrence Troy McGlone. The funeral wil be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Globe Funeral Chapel by Bill Burnett, minister. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Olive Hill.
