Elaina was born March 28, 1969, in Ashland, a daughter of David Scott Miller of Somerset, OH and Karen McDaniel DeLong of Greenup. In addition to her parents she is survived by: Husband: Charles Juarez. Two Sons: Tony Souvanlasy, Chucky Juarez both of Grayson, KY. Three Daughters: Shayla Ferguson, Columbus, OH Carrie Sue Souvanlasy, Elaina “Charlie” Nichole DeLong both of Greenup, KY. Three Brothers: David Keith Miller, Greenup Jeffery Darrell Miller of Savannah, GA and Roger Miller, Lawrence Co.,KY. One Sister: Cheryl Harris of Greenup KY Funeral services will be conducted Thursday 2:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister Grant Sammons. Burial will be in the Carver Family Cemetery.
