Lonnie James Miller 1948 - 2005 Lonnie James Miller, 57, of Hitchins went to be with the Lord Thursday at his residence. He was born March 10, 1948, at Mt. Savage, a son of the late Charles and Arlene Flury Miller. He was retired from General Refractories Hitchins Plant, Vice-President of People Helping People and a member of the Coalton Country Jubilee. He is survived by: His wife of 34 years: Barbara Tussey Miller. Two sons: Fred Miller of Hitchins and Aaron Miller of Denton. Seven sisters: Ruth Sammons of Ashland, KY, Alice Felty, Linda Kees, Angela Miller, and Pam Kitchen all of Grayson, KY. Gloria Evans of Sandy Hook, KY. and Velma Ross of Argillite, KY. Two brothers: Chuck Miller of Elizabethtown, KY and Bobby Gene Miller of Dayton, OH. Four Grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday 2:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister Jerry Foster. Burial will be in the Cooksey Cemetery, with military rites by the East Carter JR ROTC.
