Ashland Daily Independent - 2/11/07 Betty Affolter - 1939-2007 Betty Elizabeth Mullins Affolter, 68, of Grayson, died Saturday in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. She was born Jan. 11, 1939, in Charleston, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fredrick Affolter. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A private committal service will be at a later date.
