Kentucky GenWeb projectDAYTON (OH) DAILY NEWS 8/30/06 Kathleen Murphy Reagan Tyo, age 65, of Tipp City, OH passed away on August 28, 2006 at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born August 23, 1941 in Carter Co., KY to Levi and Arizona (Kitchen) Murphy. Kathleen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband John A. Reagan; daughter Karen Reagan; brothers Junior Murphy and Bud Murphy. She is survived by her husband Frederick Tyo; daughter Michelle (Michael) Fisher of Tipp City, OH; son Mark (Jerri) Reagan of Kettering, OH; sisters Betty (James) Baird and Mae (Bill) Lawson; brothers Leroy (Betty) Murphy, Bill Murphy and Ray Murphy; grandchildren Holly, Daniel and Jenny Fisher, Ashley, Sarah and Adam Durham, Michael and Jonathan Reagan; great grandchildren Dylan Fisher and Kylie Reagan; several nieces and nephews. V isitation will be held August 31, 2006 from 6PM to 8PM at Terebinski-Jennings Funeral Home 11900 N. Dixie Drive, Tipp City, OH. Funeral services will be on September 1, 2006 at 10AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family
