Kentucky GenWeb projectElsie Nolen Howard, 89, of Mansfield, Oh. Died unexpectedly Saturday Oct. 10, 1998, at Med Central / Mansfield Hospital. Mrs. Howard was born April 18, 1909 in Olive Hill, Carter Co. , Kentucky to Henry and Moley Duncan Nolen. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law Jimmy & Beverly Howard of Phoenix, Az. one daughter Jo D. Medina of Mansfield , Oh. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son Danny Howard; two g grandchildren; nine Brothers and Sisters. Burial will be at Mansfield Cemetery.
