Kentucky GenWeb projectOttis Wayne Felty 1917 - 2006 Ottis Wayne Felty, 88, of Grayson went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 7th in Kingsbrook Life Care Center. He was born October 27, 1917 in Greenup Co. a son of the late Gabe and Gertrude Elam Felty. He was a farmer and retired from the State of KY and Greenup Co. road department. He was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church, a veteran who served in the Army in the Canal Zone and European campaign during WWII. He was preceded in death by six sisters; Lorene Floyd, Alice Bush, Kathryn Carter, Raye Flannery, Anadean Flannery and Eva Thompson; also preceded by two brothers; Gabe Felty Jr. and Luke Felty. His survivors include: Wife: Thelma Hylton Felty Grayson KY 3 Daughters: Karen R. Stevens Greenup KY Janet E. Wilson Morehead KY Laura Fay Felty Prescott WI 4 Sons: Lloyd Douglas Felty Grayson KY Leonard Wayne Felty Plymouth OH Thomas Keith Felty Westwood KY Daniel Lee Felty Bealeton VA 2 Sisters: Vivian Adkins Dayton OH Helen Fern Reffitt Garrison KY 10 GC 14GGC Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister Bob Asbury and Terry Leap.
