Kentucky GenWeb projectEdward Pennington The Ashland Daily Independent 10-26-1980 Edward Pennington 58 RT 2 Grayson died at his residence after a brief illness. He was born Feb.8, 1922 in Carter County a son of the late Amzy & Mattie Dobbins Pennington. He was a farmer and a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife Catherine Lemaster Pennington; a son Charles Pennington of Oxford Ohio; a daughter Janice Hetzer of Webster N.Y.; two step sons Tim Ferguson of Rush and Tony Berry Lemaster at home; three brothers Hubert of Webbville, Clifford & Charles both of Ashland;, four sisters Florence Fleming of Ashland, Moncie Harding of Scottsville Va., Hattie Pennington of Lexington Ky and Mollie Kitchen of Willard; eight grandchildren. Services were at Bagby Memorial Methodist Church in Grayson. Burial was in Pennington Cemetery on Little Fork at Willard.
