The Ashland Daily Independent 4-3-1981 Roy Perkins Roy "Bubby" Perkins 16 of Webbville died Saturday Morning from injuries received in an auto accident. He was born May 3,1964 at Columbus Ohio a son of Sandra McDavid Perkins and Roy Perkins. He was a student at East Carter High School. Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother John Wesley Perkins of Grayson; three sisters Kim, Shelia and Michelle all at home; the maternal grandparents Roscoe and Faye McDavid of Willard. Services were at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson by Rev. Russell Griffith. Burial was in Perkins Cemetery at Webbville.
