Preceded: husband,Harlan T. Proctor in 1993. Survived: son, Bill Proctor, daughters, Rhonda Wilburn and Ellen Blevins, 6 grandchildren. 5 great grandchildren. Burial: Apr 16, 2000 in the Dean Cemetery, Globe.
