Anna Plummer Waggoner - 1915-2007 Mrs. Anna Plummer Waggoner, 92, of Graham, N.C., passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 29, 2007. She was born April 11, 1915, in Carter County, Ky., a daughter of Alberta Lee Hanners and Franklin Summer Plummer. She was the last of her seven siblings, John, Richard, Roy, Beatrice, Bessie Mae, Fern Marie and Maxine. Having lived in Ashland, Ky., for many years, she and her husband, Jay, became residents of Burlington, N.C., and Graham for more than 53 years. At the time of her death, she lived with her daughter, Nancy Kay Breiner, in Edgewater, Fla. She was a Protestant and baptized and raised in the Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay; a son, Larry Jay; foster sons Gerald E. Hollan and Charles F. Breiner; and a grandson, Charles F. Breiner Jr. Besides her daughter, other survivors include five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She had a special love in her heart for Patricia C. Hollan and sons Mark, Steve and Jeff. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at Alamance Memorial Park in Burlington. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to The Smile Train, P.O.
