Larry Prichard, Sr. 1930 - 2005 Larry S. Prichard Sr., 74, of Grayson went to be with the Lord on Saturday following an extended illness. He was born October 25, 1930, in Olive Hill, KY a son of Dempsey Stephens Prichard of Grayson and the late James Homer Prichard. He was a retired boilermaker with Local #105, former owner of Joyce Coal Company, Prichard Mining, and Moore Branch Coal. He was also of the Christian faith. He is survived by his wife Eva Marie Flaugher Prichard. His other survivors include: one daughter: Linda (Conrad) Hall of Grayson, KY. three sons: Larry Stephen Prichard II and James Kevin Prichard both of Grayson. Christopher K. (Dana) Prichard of S. Charleston, WV. Two sisters: Jane Qualls of Olive Hill, KY and Judy Rice of Carter City, KY. One brother: Jack Douglas Prichard of Franklin, OH. 4 granddaughters: Christa Elizabeth Raphael of Coral Springs, FL; Ashley, Emily, and Christianna Prichard of S. Charleston, WV. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister Mike Blankenship. Burial will be in the East Carter Co. Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 6-9 Monday and after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.timeformemory.com/malone.
