Sandra Lee Bush 1959 - 2005 Sandra Lee Bush, age 45, of Grayson, KY, passed away on Sunday, May 8th, 2005, at the Community Hospice Center in Ashland, KY. Mrs. Bush was born December 12th, 1959, at Columbus, OH, a daughter of Etta Moore Prince of Lexington, KY and the late William Ray Prince. She was a homemaker. Additional survivors include: Her husband: Donald Bush of Grayson 1 daughter: Jeanetta Beth Wayman of Morehead, KY 1 stepdaughter: Donna Rene Flocker of Worthington, KY 1 sister: Pamela Sue Stamper of Lexington, KY 2 brothers: Joseph Ray Prince of Pinkerington, OH James Earl Prince of Lexington Special friend: Dale Edward Kelsey of Morehead. 3 grandchildren: Zachariah Grant Kearston Raylee Adrianna Dale Close Friends: Chrissy Bloomfield, Loretta Nickel and Nicole Miller. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 12th, 2005, at 12:00pm at the Malone Funeral Home, with Dr. Lee Gussler, officiating. Burial will be in the Kiser-McGinnis Cemetery.
