Roy “Troy” Roe - 1931-2007 Roy Frank “Troy” Roe, 75, of Grahn, died Sunday in St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. He was born April 20, 1931, in Carter County. His wife, Janet Knipp Roe, survives. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Kiser Cemetery in Grahn. Friends may call after 6 tonight and until the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
