Kentucky GenWeb projectRex Sammons - 1982-2007 Rex Alan Sammons, 25, of Grayson, died Friday in St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. He was born Oct. 7, 1982, in Ashland, Ky. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Young Funeral Home in Louisa. Burial will be in Frazier Cemetery on Yellow Creek. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
