Kentucky GenWeb projectPortsmouth Daily Times, Nov. 19, 2002 Mildred F. "Betty" Rabourn Mrs. Mildred F. "Betty" Rabourn, 71 of South Shore, Kentucky, died Monday Nov. 18, 2002, at her residence. She was born in Carter Co., Kentucky, a daughter of the late Theodore Scott and Leatha Sammons Scott. She was a retired receptionist and homemaker. She was preceded in Death by a son Charles Scott Blizard. Surviving is her husband Dr. Tex R. Rabourn, a former South Shore chiropractor, they were married in 1954. Also surviving are a daughter, Deborah "Polly" Blizzard, Parmenter of Crestview, Florida; two granddaughters and their husband Donna and Christopher John and Angelia and Paul Darrow; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services are under the direction of the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky, where friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Rabourn Cemetery at Olive Hill, Kentucky. (Paid obituary)
