Ronnie Shaffer 1939 - 2005 Ronnie Joe Shaffer, age 65, of Grayson, KY passed away on Wednesday, March 9th, 2005 in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. He was born June 28th, 1939 at Rush, KY a son of the late Edward and Gladys Bradford Shaffer. He was a self-employed concrete laborer and was the former manager of Somerset Oil. Preceding him in death was 2 brothers, Freeman Shaffer and Paul Shaffer. His survivors include: His wife: Marquetta Barker Shaffer of Grayson. One daughter: Regina and Rick Wells of Grayson. One son: Michael and Deanna Shaffer of Olive Hill, KY. Six grandchildren: Chasity Suttles, Adam Wells, Kyle Wells, Amber Moreno, Hunter Shaffer and Hayden Shaffer. Four great-grandchildren. One brother: Gilbert Shaffer of Grayson. One sister: Ruby Evans of Grayson. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 12th, 2005 at 2:00pm at the Malone Funeral Home, with Bro. Larry Ruley, officiating. Burial will be in the East Carter Co. Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6-9pm at the funeral home.
