THE MANSFIELD NEWS JOURNAL (Mansfield, Ohio) Saturday, May 13, 1967 Mrs. Lulie V. Gee, 79, of 391 Fourth Ave., widow of Clarence H. Gee, died Friday afternoon at Peoples Hospital following an extended illness. Born Dec. 19, 1887, in Leon, Ky., he lived in Mansfield the past 15 years. Surviving are two sons, Arnold C. Gee, 376 Warren Rd., and William P. Gee, 988 Burger Ave.; six daughters, Mrs. Ralph Perry, 327 Hickory Lane, Mrs. Con Riggs, 1105 North Trimble Rd., Mrs. Elijah Baker, 391 Fourth Ave., with whom she made her home, Mrs. William Hamilton, 1280 Park Avenue East, Mrs. Leslie Stamper and Mrs. Everett Pope, both of Grayson, Ky.; 45 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; three brothers, Tom Shephard, Grayson, Ky., Grover Shephard, in Florida, and William Shephard, Huntington, W. Va.; four sisters, Mrs. Steve Barber, Mrs. Luther Hall and Mrs. Ruby Adkins, all of Grayson, Ky., and Mrs. Ethel McDowell, Cattlesburg, Ky. The body is at the Wappner Funeral Home where friends may call this afternoon and evening. Later the body will be removed to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Everett Pope in Grayson, Ky., where funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Clyde Stamper and the Rev. George Elliott. Burial will be in the Shephard Cemetery, Leon, Carter County, Ky.
