Milton C. Sparks 1946-2007 Milton C. Sparks WARREN — Milton C. “Boog” Sparks, 60, 107 Hickory Lane S.W., died at 7:05 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2007, at St. Joseph Health Center following a brief illness. He was born in Olive Hill, Ky., on Aug. 26, 1946, to Jesse C. and Mildred (Hurley) Sparks. Boog retired in 2000 as a self-employed truck driver. He was an U.S. Army veteran, serving in Germany, and was of the Pentecostal faith. Boog was a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoyed camping and was an avid card player. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Parker) Sparks, whom he married on June 12, 1968; daughter, Stacey Stauffer at home; two brothers, Donald Sparks and David Sparks, both of Niles; three sisters, Jessie Evans and Judy Binion, all of Niles, and Gloria Fullwiler of Warren; special cousin, Ann Campbell of Niles, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; six sisters, Brenda Ziegler, Nancy Skeins, Hattie Bobbie, Annette Sparks, Janice Hays and Donna Sparks, and a brother, Michael Sparks. Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Garey McCartney officiating. Burial will be at Kerr Cemetery with the Trumbull County Honor Guard providing military honors.
