Alvin Stamper, b. Apr 14, 1912 in Carter Co., the s/o Joe and Cora Alexander Stamper, d. Mar 15, 1999 in St. Clair Medical Ctr., Morehead, Ky. 
Alvin was survived by his wife, Irene Fultz. The 16 children of Alvin and Irene were Everett Stamper, Virgil Stamper, and James Stamper, 
all of Olive Hill, Leroy Stamper, Paul Stamper, Willard Stamper, Jack Stamper and Arthur Stamper, all of Mansfield, Ohio; 
Linda Stamper Riley, Frances Stamper Adkins, Wilma Stamper Lewis and Joan Stamper Williams, all of Olive Hill, 
Reba Stamper Mays and Lottie Stamper Wilson, both of Mansfield and Bonnie Stamper Lewis of Lewis Co. 

Mr. Stamper was predeceased by his daughter, Ruby Stamper Knipp. 

The funeral was conducted Mar 18, 1999 at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morhead by the Rev. Greg Grimes and the Rev. Allen Wells. 
Interment was in the Fultz Cemetery of Carter Co. Mr. Stamper was a Baptist and retired farmer.
