Jeff F. Swanagan HAMMONDSVILLE, Ohio Jeff F. Swanagan of Hammondsville, Ohio passed away Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006, in the UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born on April 13, 1931, in Olive Hill, Ky., son of the late Earl and Lynn (Leedy) Swanagan Aluska. He was retired from the U.S. Marine Corp., where he served his country during the Korean War and was a Truck Driver for 40 years in the Cleveland area. He attended the Monroeville Assembly of God Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather Frank 'Fritz' Aluska. Surviving are his wife Lola (Dornbush) Kakascik Swanagan of home; his children, Patty Fulop of Orlando, Fla., Jeffrey, Scott, Swanagan of Atlanta, Ga., Laura Dodd and husband Robert of Bath, Ohio; stepdaughter Dani Kakascik of Richmond, Ohio; stepson Keven Kakascik of Zephrhills, Fla., his sister Barbara Barnes of Cowepa, Okla.; seven grandchildren, Raymond Frabotta, Brian, Christina, David and Kevin Swanagan, Jennifer Weitzel and husband Steve and Noel Kakascik; and two great-grandchildren, Matthew and Joshua Frabotta. Friends may call on Tuesday, Nov. 28, from 11 a.m. til time of Jeff's Memorial Service at 12 noon at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St., Toronto, Ohio. Dr. John Leedy, Jeff's cousin, will officiate the Memorial service.
