Louise Pugh MANSFIELD -- Louise Pugh, 67, die Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005, at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital. She was called home to be with our Lord. Born Aug. 16, 1938, in Olive Hill, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Charles and Ruth Gorman Swanigan. She lived in Mansfield most of her life. She married Allen E. Pugh on June 8, 1957, and together they had five children, Roberta (Mark Shrewsbury), Gerald Pugh, Carol (James Parker), Norma (Arnold Teeters II), and Helen (Otis Adkins); ten grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren; whom she leaves behind in God's open hands along with her brothers, Gene, Arthur, Kenneth, Wilford, James and Jackie; her sisters, Betty, Thelma, Sue and Cathy; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; special friends, Marcus and John; and beloved dog, Darrin. She was preceded in passing by her parents, Charles and Ruth; and two brothers, Harold and Edward. Louise was a strong-willed person, who was a homemaker and factory laborer for many years. She loved cooking for her large family and many relatives. She was very much loved and will be missed by all. Your suffering on Earth has ended, and we know that God's plan for you has been fulfilled. So, in your passing and your memory, let us all pray with you. The family will greet guests with dignity at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, 2005. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, the year of our Lord 2005 and officiated by Pastor Brian Phillips of Wyandotte Free Will Baptist Church. She will be carried to rest by Kevin Pugh, Mark Shrewsbury II, Sgt. Michael Pugh, James Parker Jr., Charles Parker, John Harrod III, David Swanigan Jr., and Eric Swanigan in Mansfield Memorial Park in Ontario. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
