Kentucky GenWeb projectGLADYS LORRAINE TACKETT WELLMAN Published: 7/8/2000 GLADYS LORRAINE TACKETT WELLMAN, 70, of Rush, widow of Den Tackett, died Thursday in King's Daughters Medical Center. Survivors include four daughters, Betty Brill of Flatwoods, Debbie Boatwright of Ashland and Diana Salyers and Linda Salyers, both of Rush; three sons, Virgil Tackett and Timmy Tackett, both of Ashland, and Randy Tackett of West Palm Beach, Fla.; one sister, Wanda Stambaugh of Ashland; and two brothers, Harvey Moore of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Gordon Moore of Plain City, Ohio. Funeral 1 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Ashland; burial in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
