Thelma Lee Wells 1916 - 2003 Thelma Lee Wells, 87, of Rush went to be with her Lord, Sunday, July 13, 2003. She was born June 18, 1916 a daughter of the late Andrew and Edith Marie Scott Thompson. Thelma was a Christian and attended the Christian Baptist Church. She retired from State T.B. Hospital at Ashland, KY, with 15 years service. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years and 7 months, Truman Wells in 2000. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Edith Wells, two sons, Truman and Andrew Wells, one brother, Carl Thompson and one sister, Iona Boggs. B urial will be in the Thompson Family Cemetery in Rush. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call from 6-8 Monday at the funeral home and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until service.
