      Mrs. Julia V. Summers, 86, who resided with her daughter, Mrs. Ernest (Katherine) Ruland at 1238 Eppley Avenue, died at 12:24 p.m. Thursday 
      in Good Samaritan Medical Center. 

      Mrs. Summers was born Dec. 24, 1887, in soldier, Ky., and formerly lived at Everett, Wash. She was a retired employee of 
      Frederick & Nelson Department Store at Seattle. She came to Zanesville last December. 

      She was a member of the Central Christian Church at Everett. Her husband, C. M. Summers, died in 1934. 

      In addition to her daughter here, she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lorane Madden of 3021 Olde Falls road and Miss Jenny V. Vincent of Ashland, Ky.; 
      a brother, J. Paul Vincent of Sebastian, Fla.; two grandsons and two great-grandsons. 

      The body was removed to the Bryan Funeral Home, where friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today. 
      The body will then be taken to the Milward Funeral Home in Lexington, Ky., where services will be held Tuesday afternoon. 
      Burial will be at Lexington.
