Elizabeth Bailey was born 1841 in Morgan Co., KY She died 1 Feb 1917 in Carter Co., KY. "Lizzie" married George Greenhill, an English immigrant on December 29, 1855 in Carter County. She had a wooden leg from stepping on a rusty nail while milking cows. Rumor has it she used the leg as more of a weapon that an artificial limb!
