John Boggs, son of Hugh Boggs Jr. and Lavisa Whitt, married Helena Cox and lived in Carter Co., KY. John and Helena had the following children:
Mary Elizabeth Boggs was born on 14 May 1862. She died on 7 Feb 1944. Mary married Charlie Johnson.
Marion Boggs was born about 1869.
Hugh Boggs was born on 14 Nov 1874. He died on 25 Feb 1953.
Odom Beldon Boggs was born on 25 May 1876 in Elliott Co, KY. Odom married Ada
Dock Boggs was born in Apr 1880. He was buried in Franklin Furnace, OH. Dock married Mollie Gearheart, daughter of Peter William Gearheart and Mary Jane Greenhill. Mollie was born in 1878.
Caney Boggs was born on 9 Dec 1882.
Sidney Boggs was born on 16 Mar 1885. Sidney married Jonathan
John P. Boggs was born on 13 Aug 1888..
